My name is Hope and I love food…like a lot. I like making it, eating it, even looking at it (which sounds really creepy…), but that’s why i started this blog! Here I will post my favorite recipes and just a bunch of random stuff, like info on exercising, events, makeup and other girly stuff! (but mostly food cuz…who doesn’t like to eat?!) Anyway, I should let you guys know that I am in no way some sort of professional nutritionist or dietitian. I just enjoy living a wholesome, healthy lifestyle (for the most part)!
I live in Southern California and run on the XC and track team for my school, which motivated me to start eating healthy in the first place. I feel that changing my diet has had a major impact on my performance in running (not that it’s made me extremely fast or anything, sadly ), but it helps me feel better and more positive both physically and mentally.
